Returns and refunds

Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. It is our fans that make us who we are. With that in mind, we put the following policy together in case there’s a damaged package or something didn’t fit right. 

1. Damaged items can be refunded at no additional costs to our customers. Eastside Press will cover the shipping and the replacement.
2. 14 day grace period to return any item except T-shirts. We can give you a refund for any item you’re not happy with during the 14 day grace period.
3. No exchanges on T-shirts, unless damaged. We ask our customers to double check their shirt size before ordering.
4. Hoodies can be exchanged for other sizes or designs as long as they are unused and in good condition. We ask our customers to cover the costs for shipment which includes return shipment to our store and  shipment back to the customer's address.
